I was given alot of Help, even though I'm technically out of The Double Clean, service range. The man I spoke too was very polite and professional. I would 100 percent use their services again. I will be telling my Friends and Family of the great service I was provided. Keep up the great work.

We had one of our walls that needed to be restored very badly & didn’t think it was possible to get it back to what it was. Needless to say it came out looking better than what we originally had!! Communication was excellent & timely & pricing was more than reasonable. We had gotten a few quotes where other companies were quoting double. They also setup a barrier so that mess could be contained, left the place spotless when done & went out of there way to ensure we were satisfied with the final result! Highly recommend this company!

Our interaction with Double Clean Restoration has been overwhelmingly positive. Communication with Mona, through both email and phone calls, about our cleaning requirements has been prompt and highly effective. She readily stops by our office to assess our cleaning needs and offer valuable suggestions. We especially appreciate the cleaning personnel’s focus on vacuuming ceiling light fixtures and the additional service of laundering our kitchen dish rags.

Double Clean Restoration also provided us with a competitive quote for carpet cleaning, which resulted in excellent outcomes, making our old carpets look nearly new again.

In summary, Double Clean Restoration has impressed us with their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Our team at ARTA and ARTARx awards Double Clean Restoration a well-deserved five stars!

Mona has excellent customer service, polite and kind and very understanding. Their service was amazing. I had asked them to come clean our home and I have 2 boys and the house we came back to is spotless! Thank you so much! I couldn't ask for better as my partner and I have been so busy, we couldn't keep up with the ongoing list of things we needed to do.

I used Double Clean after I found a water leak coming in through the ceiling. Double Clean were the first ones to respond after calling a few places. They sent a guy from Ardent roofing to identify the source of leak, almost a week later he still hadn't found it and gave me a report falsely saying it was likely my solar panels. I eventually found the leak myself (it was the chimney pipe) and told Double Clean about it. They were also supposed to do a water test after the fix but again ended up doing that myself since I was not hearing back from anyone. Aside from that the Double Clean staff who worked in the house were professional and kept the workspace clean. They did a great job removing the affected drywall and doing mold remediation. In the end there was also an error overcharging me on the bill but I called and they were able to quickly resolve and adjust.
